Adrienne and Peter's blush and gold home wedding is probably one of my favorite weddings ever! One: I loved working with Adrienne and Peter, Adrienne's mom Linda and bother Ross (this was a family affair). Two: beautiful couple, great location, amazing food and gorgeous decor, you cannot ask for more. Well, maybe a great guest experience, but we made sure they had that too. Many of the moments of the night reflected on Adrienne and Peter's relationship, their travels and their family. From them meeting in New York, living in Miami, Peter's family being form Ecuador and family being so important; we had to make sure all those details shined throughout the whole event.
Adrienne really wanted to have a romantic garden reception, one that felt like you walked into a fairytale. We had string lighting running from the top of the garden all the way down to the duck pond at the end of the yard. We then added hanging globes of flowers and strands of crystals to reflect the light as the sun set. Her florals were full arrangement of garden roses, roses and hydrangea and small cluster arrangements with candles spread down two long banquet tables to give a family style feel to the seating.
We had a jazz trio playing for guest as they arrived from the church and a very fun pink cocktail called the Pink Elephant, that the bride and groom enjoy on their weekends down in Miami. The band was set up with the dance floor at the end closest to the pond so guest could dance the night away under the lights and stars. As fun finish for the night Carmine's pizza delivered New York style cheese pizza for everyone to enjoy.
Having such an amazing team of wedding professionals is what made this wedding so wonderful. From Emily Burton's "wow" factor florals, to The River Town Band rocking the night away and the guest getting a taste of the world thanks to Matthew's catering, this was an A+ vendor team.
